The crux of Asana Partners' marketing materials is their portfolio displaying each of their markets and properties, translated as an interactive, digital presentation (shown above) and a luxury, printed book (below). The portfolio features custom maps and easily read, feature information about the projects. 
To differentiate from their portfolio book, a custom branded pitch book (below) was designed this year to attract exceptional tenants and brands to Asana Partners' values, approach, and properties. 
A main staple of Asana Partners' print collateral are their property brochures. With a standardized style, the brochures maintain a collective feel yet still retain individualized design aesthetics.
In addition to print and digital collateral, Asana Partners attend various conferences throughout the year where they need a graphic presence. At this year's ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Conference, the strategy for Asana's meeting room was clean lines and outstanding photography of their properties.
